DE PRINSENHOEVE
FROM HISTORICAL FARM UNTIL MODERN STALLENCOMPLEX
De Prinsenhoeve was a farm for more than two generations. The old adjoining cow barn, among other things, witnessed a bygone farm life. In January 2017 we bought the farm. The cows had since disappeared and the ravages of time left their mark on the old farm.
Then a radical renovation process began. Both the house and the surrounding grounds and the old buildings in the yard have been taken care of. In addition, we have kept the old atmosphere of the farm as much as possible. For example, we have left the old barn next to the house intact and we have built the new barn in the same style. The old cesspit has been transformed into a beautiful step mill.
After six months of hard work and an impressive transformation, it finally happened on 1 September 2017; after we had been living on the farm for a few months, horses could finally be moved. Since then we have been living at De Prinsenhoeve with great pleasure and we enjoy this wonderful place.
